   内皮细胞生长补充剂(ECGS)是设计用于体外人原发性微血管内皮细胞最佳生长的培养基补充剂。它是一种无菌浓缩(100X)溶液,含有正常人微血管内皮细胞培养所需的生长因子,激素和蛋白质。配制(定量和定性)补充,以提供一个确定和最佳平衡的生长环境,最大限度地促进人类原代微血管内皮细胞在体外的生长。该补充剂被设计为内皮细胞培养基(ECM,Cat.No.1001)的添加剂,并且应该与该培养基一起使用。
